Jordan Media Institute Releases First Issue of Students Magazine

15 July 2015<br /> <br /> Jordan Media Institute has released the first issue of <em>Sahafiyyoun</em> or Journalists, a magazine fully produced by the students of the institute.<br /> This edition is focused on the students&rsquo; recent academic trip to Sweden which was organized by the Swedish branch of Reporters Without Borders in cooperation with the Swedish Postcode Lottery Culture Foundation.<br /> <br /> The articles reflect the comprehensive track students&rsquo; impressions during eight days of workshops, visits to cultural sites and media organizations and meetings with renowned journalists and officials including the minister of culture and democracy. The magazine also includes several articles on the Swedish army&rsquo;s survival training camp for reporters in conflict zones.
