The stories were assessed based on scientific and professional principles. They also watched stories that highlight the main elements of distinguished TV stories by focusing on the human element.

Eid al-Mulki, a student, said that such workshops help in broadening the knowledge of participants of building TV stories and taking other viewpoints, especially the new way of thinking presented by Western media, as outlined by the trainer.

The JMI has hosted Torben Schou four times over the past years. He is considered one of the most renowned journalists in Scandinavian countries in the field of TV news stories. He has over 20 years of experience as a trainer.
