Abdelilah Khatib, former UN Special envoy to Libya and former Foreign Affairs Minister for Jordan, talked yesterday to MA students at the Jordan Media Institute (JMI) about the situation in Libya and the role of the United Nations. Princess Rym Ali, founder of JMI attended the talk. The floor was then open for questions that focused on Khatib’s reading of the future of Libya and of other uprisings in the region.
It is worth mentioning that Khatib had taught the first students intake at JMI who graduated a year ago.
